Sign Up for a Free Tree!

1. Complete the Sign-Up Form. Apply online accessible in English,  Portuguese, and Spanish.

2. Submit an Access and Watering Agreement Form. Download a hard copy accessible in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The form can be submitted electronically to the project email GreeningHyannis@town.barnstable.ma.us or mailed to Town Hall, 367 Main Street, Hyannis 02601 Attention: Planning & Development: Greening Hyannis.

3. Staff will contact you to schedule a site visit to discuss site logistics, placement of the tree and appropriate tree species. 

4. DigSafe will be achieved to ensure that the proposed planting location does not conflict with underground utilities.

5. Staff will order the tree, and coordinate planting at no cost to you.
